AHCA/NCAL Quality Awards

American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL) is the largest association in the United States representing long-term and post-acute care providers, and they invite member facilities to participate in a distinctive award program built on the principles of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Health Care Criteria. This is a three-step award program to improve quality of service to the elderly. With experience not only in earning these awards, but also having served as an examiner in the Quality Awards program, our team has the experience to offer insight and strategies that will help your community be a front runner to earn these prestigious honors.
