Alex Vinokurov, LNHA, NHA-RC, brings more than 20 years of experience and a lifelong passion for senior living. He began his career in his early twenties on the front lines of a nursing-home facility—not in a prestigious office. That foundation gave him firsthand insight into the needs of residents, the work of caregivers, and the daily realities of long-term care.
Over the years, Alex advanced from frontline service to executive leadership. He has managed and operated both nursing homes and assisted-living communities, led start-ups and transitions, and provided multi-community oversight. Under his leadership, communities have strengthened operational performance, regulatory compliance, financial outcomes, team culture, and resident care.
His commitment to excellence includes helping communities achieve Bronze and Silver recognition through the AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program and serving as an independent Quality Award Examiner. His approach remains the same at every level: lead with compassion, serve alongside the team, and build systems that protect residents and help communities thrive.
