Alex Vinokurov is a seasoned senior living and healthcare operations leader with over 20 years of experience in long-term care, assisted living, and skilled nursing environments. He brings extensive expertise in organizational leadership, regulatory compliance, operational management, employee recruitment and relations, training and development, and system-wide performance improvement across diverse healthcare and corporate settings. He believes that effective leadership is rooted in compassion, integrity, and service. In his view, a successful leader is not defined by title or position, but by the ability to serve others, lead by example, and empower those around him to reach their fullest potential.
Alex has been recognized with Bronze and Silver Quality Awards through the American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL) and was named Administrator of the Year by the Oregon Health Care Association (OHCA) in 2019. He has also served as an Examiner for the AHCA/NCAL Quality Award Program and as a subject matter expert for the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) and the Health Licensing Office (HLO), where he reviewed survey findings and investigations and provided recommendations on complex regulatory determinations.
In addition to his healthcare leadership experience, Alex brings a strong focus on business operations and startup development. He has supported new and emerging organizations from both a management and operational perspective, helping establish effective systems, build strong teams, and create sustainable operational frameworks. He also leverages an extensive professional network and long-standing industry relationships to connect organizations with the right resources, talent, and strategic partners.
Through DV Consults NW, Alex has followed his passion to establish a consulting firm dedicated to helping organizations strengthen recruitment practices, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve operational performance—driving national recognition and, above all, better outcomes and quality of life for residents and their communities.
After graduating college, Darya began her career in long-term care as a receptionist. She quickly transitioned into the Human Resources department, where she was first introduced to recruitment, marketing, and organizational support.
Over the years, she has gained broad experience across different settings and industries, developing strong expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, marketing, and branding. She is passionate about helping organizations build meaningful connections between employers and candidates, ensuring strong, lasting matches that benefit both individuals and teams.
She is a supportive wife and mother of two, with a third child on the way. She is deeply committed to the senior living industry and to supporting Alex in his mission to strengthen and elevate care communities. Alongside her family responsibilities, she also supports organizations with marketing and recruitment initiatives, bringing a thoughtful and relationship-focused approach to her work. While her children keep her busy, she enjoys dedicating time—when possible—to projects that are close to her heart.
Darya believes that effective marketing and recruitment are built on relationships, understanding, and trust. Whether supporting organizations or connecting with candidates, her focus is always on creating meaningful, long-term success for all involved.
